Scrap goal music at Carrow Road

Goal music has been ringing round Carrow Road for as long as I can remember. Certainly since I started going at the start of the last decade. But back then we didn't have 25,000 sell out crowds. It was more knocking around the 17,000 mark so it could be understood that the club would bring in some goal music to liven things up.
But now we fill our stadium, and with the installation of another couple of thousand seats to bring our capacity up to 27,000 we're probably one of the few clubs in the country who DON'T need goal music.
Trust me, I've sat in the away end at Carrow Road once (when an away supporting mate was coming), and the racket our fans make when we score can be deafening. When you're actually in the home fans you can't appreciate just how loud it is. Of course thats much different to say Preston North End who filled just 9,666 seats in their 23,408 capacity stadium vs Portsmouth just this weekend. They are the type of club that needs goal music to get the crowd going. We don't!! We have 3x as many fans in our stadium, a stadium that has good accoustics!
And you only have to wonder, if you were a footballer, what would you prefer. Simply roar of the crowd when you score, or, the roar of the crowd for a few seconds before a cheesy tune starts playing full blast?
