In order to stop sex crimes, sex offenders must be monitored for life, no matter how severe their previous offenses were. Even though this issue has been drawn towards San Diego the past couple of months, the government needs to make a law that takes citizens lives seriously and not only protects communities and states, but the country. Sex crimes are unnexceptable and this petition is only one way to get our voices heard.
