Sex Education In Schools

This is a petition to stop the teaching of abstinence only in schools and to expand sex education across America. The current methods of instruction are outdated and just plain wrong. Students and teens need to be educated on sex and sexual side effects, not just be told to abstain from sex. Sexually Transmitted Diseases as well as unwanted pregnancies are on the rise. A stronger base of education is necessary to combat these rising figures. Signing this petition is saying that you believe that a stronger sex education system is necessary and should be implemented immediately.
