As mark representatives we try to conduct our business in a timely manner to keep our customers satisfied. It becomes difficult to deliver orders quickly when they are delayed in the mark warehouse. When we place our order online and select the 2 Day Expedited Delivery, then we should be able to count on our orders coming to us in 2 days (excluding weekends and holidays.) And we should be able to expect the same with Next Day Expedited Delivery. When we select Standard Ground Delivery we should be able to plan on our orders arriving within 7-10 days.
When our packages are delayed our customers become dissatisfied, and we become very frustrated. If mark cannot handle the large amount of orders placed at the end of each magalog, then we ask that more staff be available to make sure our orders get out on time.
We do acknowledge that sometimes there are Holidays and large backups that cannot be accounted for ahead of time, and we are willing to be patient through these. However, a steady trend of late packages and missing items indicate that this is an ongoing problem that needs to be examined quickly. We want our orders to get to us on time.
