We, the undersigned, request the urgent passage of Sikunders Law, a Law to ensure that all horse-trainers should be licensed by their governments and have a governing body to which owners can complain if their horse is damaged by bad or cruel training methods. The horse-training industry is currently completely unregulated, and this appalling situation should be remedied without delay.

As a person who often has to help horses recovery from human ignorance I believe there has to be laws to protect horses from ignorance and cruelty.
