A friend ranted to me the following rant:
Why do they put an odd number of pieces of bread in a loaf? like, why chop it into an odd amount?? You make a sandwich, you use two pices of bread! But noooo the people are all "let's make things complicated and put 23 slices instead of 24!!! that way they have ONE piece left over they they can't do anything with!!!!" i mean come on! it's just stupid!
And I agree! Why must bread companies mock us so with their...mockery? What're we gonna do, fold the last slice over and make a mini-sandwich? ew!
And seriously. Three-slice sandwiches are just...ick.
So please! Help to make the future a better place for sandwiches and sandwich-eaters alike! Help change the world! Give our bread an extra slice!
