Whereas:
1. A successful SMU Follies is a time-honored tradition that is critical to the future of SMU Dedman School of Law.
2. It has become self-evident that SMU Follies has fallen into complete disarray, and must either immediately disband or take measures consistent with the preservation of the time honored traditions we hold so dear.
3. The only measure consistent with the preservation of the SMU Follies tradition is the immediate and perpetual retention of Christian Kelso as MC and featured player.
4. If Christian Kelso is not retained, the SMU Follies cannot undertake to preserve its time-honored traditions, and therefore must immediately disband.
