SPEED Channel Remove Superbikes from the Air

We, the undersigned, do hereby request SPEED Channel immediately remove the television show "Superbikes" from the air.

"Superbike" opens each segment with a disclaimer that reads: "This program features motorcycle stunts performed by professional riders under very strict control and supervision. Do not attempt to recreate or perform any activity you may see on this program. Speed does not accept stunt videos from viewers."

Not only is this untrue as many scenes are clearly filmed on open highways and similarly uncontrolled environments, but the "performers" are mostly not professionals and are, in fact, amatuer riders with no professional credentials whatsoever. Even discarding the clear illegal nature of the performer's behavior, the show promotes a poor image of motorcycle riders and the sport of motorcycle riding.
