We, the undersigned, demand that the United States Department of Justice, immediately and without delay, commence an investigation into the activities of Sri Chinmoy and the Sri Chinmoy Center Church.
We, the undersigned, allege that Sri Chinmoy and the Sri Chinmoy Center Church, are involved in a multitude of illegal activities, including, but not limited to, embezzlement of Church funds for the personal use of Sri Chinmoy and his associates, income tax fraud, encouraging the use of illegal immigrants in private businesses owned by Church members, encouraging Church members to work below the legal minimum wage in said businesses, encouraging those workers to commit acts of perjury, including, but not limited to, telling government officials that they were volunteers and not employees, and encouraging workers to work without benefit of social security income and health coverage.
We, the undersigned, demand that the Sri Chinmoy Center Church and its affiliated organizations tax exempt status be revoked.
We, the undersigned, demand that Sri Chinmoy, the Sri Chinmoy Center Church and its affiliated organizations be audited to determine their true income and net worth. This will include a search of Sri Chinmoy's residence, including his basement, his attic and the safe in his bedroom.
