The new SSK law in Turkiye places a great deal of injustice in its citizens' right of retirement.
People hoping to be retired soon have been deeply disappointed by this new "law"; some being made to wait 3 years up to 5 years more!
It is obvious that a law cannot or should not be dated back 16(sixteen) years! Moreover, deadlines applied are not based on any logical basis - why is the date 23 May 1990 chosen? What is the difference between 22 May 1990 and 24 May 1990?
How can this law be applicable with so many illogical, unacceptable, unfair points?
The Turkish government, being concerned with short term benefits, on behalf of the leading political party, should have been a little bit more sensitive to its citizens' rights, bearing in minda that "citizens" are the government and even the state itself.
I, therefore, strongly condemn the turkish government for the new SSK law!
