The aim of this online petition is to show Vale of the White Horse District Council that there is huge public support to maintain Kennington Village Centre as a vital part of the village community.
If a Noise Abatement Order is granted against the Village Centre then it could mean a potential loss of income from events such as parties, weddings and concerts. This loss of income could then impact on the ability of the Village Centre to provide a reasonably priced facility for local groups such as Toddler Group, Festival Group, WI, Horticultural Society, keep fit dance and drama groups.
