Stop sign ticket abolishment

It should be legal to run stop signs when attempting to save gas! You would think that with our current energy crisis the cops would be more lenient of the idea of coasting down hills and not exactly stopping before going up other hills at certain intersections. Especially on the budget of mine trying to make a living selling Sterling Silver Jewelry and the budget of a Real Estate SEO agent... I mean with the money I make from that stuff I don't have what it takes to pay tickets, or high gas prices... so there needs to be some sort of happy medium.
