Stop the BBC's crap celebrity programming

Dear The BBC.

Please put an end to your consistently dismal output of 'celebrity' related, competition programming-by-numbers.
Please also be aware that we, the general public, are not idiots and can happily see through your ploy of changing one word in your 'original' concept and then making an entirely 'new' program out of it.

Several celebrities (BBC employees) compete against each other at [INSERT RUBBISH HERE] and each week the public votes one of them off the show.

It doesn't matter if it's dancing, singing or horse riding or snooker. The show is still shit.

Please also refrain from turning the entire output of your remaining channels into a non-stop multi channel trailer for whatever celebrity shit you happen to be peddling this month. Gone are the days we could turn on Breakfast and expect Dermot Murnaghan to have some dignity and discuss political issues and current affairs. No, now we have to watch the poor bastard desperately trying to smile through a piece on how good Nicky Cambell is at watching paint dry, while waiting for that phone call from his agent to let him know he can buy his way out of his contract.

If you do insist on continuing down this path, then please have one of my ideas for your next celebrity shitfest. "Jim Davidson's Face Punch" - the concept is simple, each week a bunch of BBC employees punch Jim Davidson in the face and the public vote to evict the celebrity that they think did the least damage. Think of the spin off potential, "Chris Moyles' Face Punch", "Mark Thompson's Face Punch", it could run for years.
