In Wickliffe, Ohio on October 7, 1981, Susan Pengal was brutally murdered by her soon to be ex-husband. She was in the process of a divorce because of the years of physical and mental abuse from her husband. In the early evening of October 7, Stanley Pengal decided that if he could not have Susan, then no one could. In front of their 2 year old and 5 year old daughters, Mr. Pengal stabbed Susan over 25 times (the fatal stab was in her chest) and then proceeded to beat her with a Louisville Slugger bat. Unfortunately, Mr. Pengal was only sentenced to 15 years to life. Once again, Mr. Pengal is up for parole so we as the family must relive this horrible nightmare and fight to keep him from being released. This marks the 20th year since Susan's brutal murder and it would be a great injustice if the man who took her life should be released. Our family has never recovered from this tragedy as he has not only robbed us of a wonderful and caring daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, but most of all MOTHER. Please help our family keep Mr. Pengal where he belongs for his full term of LIFE.
We the undersigned STRONGLY OBJECT to any early release/parole of Stanley E. Pengal ID# A166928, he must be made to serve the full sentence of LIFE.
