Stop the Pit Bulls

This is a pettion to have the Pit Bulls residing at 5120 Thompkins Ave, St. Cloud, FLa 34769 These pit bulls have been loose and with no vacinations and cited by the county many times, including leaving the dogs tied in the yard with no food or water in the heat. This is no true PET owner and these dogs are not PETS. These animals are trained to kill other animals. Since December 2005 they have killed two of our precious family members named Nadia and Pita. They were precious and great company and are missed. Nadia, attacked in our garage and pulled from it by the dogs, went thru excruciating pain with 100's of stitches inside and out and succumbed to Kidney failure because of her injuries. Pita, who was sleeping deep within our backyard, had his back broken, ribs broken and his lungs were punctured. Not even one week after Pita's death, these two dogs returned to our back yard, to our screened in porch trying to get to our other cats inside. Luckily, the windows were closed and we were woken by the commotion before anything serious happened. The owner of these dogs is an irresponsible person letting them get out of the yard constantly. They have killed other pets and livestock in the neighborhood. It is time to request to the court that these poor animals be put down, their puppies removed from the residence and their owner no longer be able to have any animals at all. It is ridiculous that the law protects these animals and its owner but not us or our pets. After numerous citations and reports of attacks by these dogs, Osceola County Animal Control "must follow procedure and the law and cannot remove the animals from the residence unless taken to court." I intend to pursue this matter as long as it takes to get these animals out of our neighborhood. Do you have children or grandchildren? It makes no difference to these dogs human or animal they will attack you.
