Stop WalMart from suing Debbie Shank

WalMart is suing Debbie Shank, who was brain damaged from a car accident in 2000. Her son died in Iraq, and her husband has divorced her just so that she can get more money from Medicare. Shank was a WalMart employee when a truck struck the driver's side of her vehicle. WalMart paid her $470,000 as part of her insurance plan with them. Now, the corporation which reported sales over $90 Billion in their third quarter of 2007 is suing her to get their money back. This is simply inhuman. Please sign the petition to stop WalMart from doing this, and to further discourage such acts.
