I, the undersigned, support House Bill 311 and Senate Bill 138 that would implement Ohios Best Rx, a state-run prescription drug program. Ohios Best Rx would provide discounts of 25 to 40 percent on prescribed medications for nearly two million Ohio residents who are without a prescription drug benefit. This labor-backed initiative will stand as a national model for states and the federal government to reign in the escalating cost of prescription drugs.
