TAI to no longer participate as a supplier of oxygen sensors for the commercial closed-circuit rebreather (CCR) and semi-closed rebreather (SCR) markets

I hereby disagree with Teledyne Analytical Instruments' (TAI) decision to no longer accept orders for oxygen sensors intended for use in the commercial, underwater closed-circuit rebreather (CCR) and semi-closed rebreather (SCR) markets.

TAI's decision will inadvertently affect safety and availability of rebreather diving including recreational, technical and professional activities. It will also have serious commercial consequences by undermining competitiveness of the oxygen sensors market and further limiting choices for rebreather industry affecting manufactures, diving operators, instructors and certified divers.
