teachers/intergradeaides/teachersaides in VIC-NSW at special schools should be paid higher

teachers and all other teachers should be paid higher rates at specials schools because of the work they put in to our specialised children with special needs without these teachers and teacher aids/intergraded aid teachers and other school staff we would not have these types of schools they would be left in mainstream schools and swept under the carpet and that makes me very sad that alot of these teachers are so under paid they put in a lot of hard work for our type of kids and its unfair the education department should have a good hard look at themselfs and fix these problems up and pay what is fair to these types of teachers and principles at these type of special schools we should be greatful that we have carers like these people who love teaching our beauitful special children so come on guys support them and make the education department do the right thing so they are paid properly thank u
