We as fans of the legendary Chaka Khan are asking you to consider releasing all of her CDs that you control the 'masters' to.This mainly involves her solo albums/CDs from 1978-1996, especially the unreleased 'Dare You To Love Me' CD in it's entirety.
It is very unfortunate that Warner Brothers/WEA decided to cancel this project in 1995-1996, and release 'Epiphany:The Best Of Chaka Khan, Vol.1', in it's place.Believe it or not, Chaka has a loyal fan base (known as 'Chakaholics'), which would gladly buy 'Dare You To Love Me' without hesitation.In addition to the 'Dare..' CD, we are also asking you to release any rare Chaka Khan material that may be in your rich vaults (including the entire 'Savoy Concert' with Rufus from 1982).The popular DVD market would also benefit WEA & Chaka's fans if rare concerts/performances were released.
In 2003, Chaka Khan celebrated her 30th Anniversary in the record business, and her management team failed to take advantage of this milestone, but you (Warner Brothers/WEA) can make a wise decision by remastering all of Chaka's CDs, and other rare projects.
If you (Warner Brothers/WEA) decide to reintroduce Chaka Khan's CDs with remastered digital audio, liner notes, and bonus tracks, I would personally support any of these ventures
