When, in the course of human events, it becomes necessary to advise an author on how to write a comic, to change the road it shall lead, calls for a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that Alan Warren must die a noble death, without the hollowness of illness, and that Alexander Hamilton and Beatrice Whaley must fall in love and live happily ever after.
