This is a petition for The Chan's to keep their beloved puppy, Shelby. They state "inadequate" time to care for Shelby as the reason to give her away, although they know in their hearts they do not want to give her up. They can keep the puppy, until which time I am able to assume all responsibility for her. Please sign this petition to convince The Chan Clan to keep this adorable puppy as a part of their family.
