The New James Bond

We, the undersigned, are upset over the decision by you (EON Productions - Barbara Broccoli & Michael G. Wilson) that replaced Pierce Brosnan as James Bond in the movie franchise with Daniel Craig who's looks (a short hard looking blonde), personality traits (is personally afraid of heights, doesn't like martinis, sex scenes, boats and too much heat) and abilities (can't drive a standard [stick shift] car, is bad at poker and got his two front teeth knocked out in his first fight sequence in Casino Royale) do not fit the image that has been associated with the character of James Bond and are asking for Pierce Brosnan to die as bond another day (even with his increasing age) by you (EON Productions) buying out Daniel Craig's new 3 movie contract & to either bring back Pierce Brosnan as James Bond or consider another actor to play James Bond such as one of three new people suggested on The New Bond website (http://ca.geocities.com/dj_georgie_g/thenewbond.htm) as The New Bond after Daniel Craig.

We are wondering with so much flak and backlash over Daniel Craig being chosen as the new James Bond, WHY ON EARTH did you (EON Productions) already sign Daniel Craig on for another TWO James Bond movies without even seeing how Casino Royale will do in the box office? This is also showing to the fans that you are not listening to what we have to say. The new actor should be charismatic and continue to play Bond as a cool, suave secret agent.

While not fully encouraging a boycott of Casino Royale we are encouraging everyone to rent the 4 Pierce Brosnan James Bond movies (GoldenEye, Tomorrow Never Dies, The World Is Not Enough and Die Another Day) as much as possible during the run of Casino Royale (and afterwards) to show you (EON Productions) that Pierce Brosnan is still very marketable as James Bond and any extra money you would spend to get him back would be easily made back quickly. We feel we must not let you (EON Productions) let the James Bond movie franchise slip through the cracks!
