The Old loans Inn is a historic facility of the small village of Loans, Ayrshire that appears to date back to pre 1857.
As local residents the proposed demolition, and conversion to a twenty bedroom hotel is not seen as an appropriate development within our community.
We consider such a conversion to be detrimental to the environment and life of our village.
