This is a petition ordering:
1. the resignation of Philippine President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, Vice-President Noli de Castro, Senate President Manuel Villar, Speaker Jose de Venecia, Chief Justice Reynato Puno, all senators, representatives, justices, government officials;
2. the abolition of the current corrupt "so-called" democratic republican government and establishment of a transitionary government headed by a Congress composed of people from all walks of life;
3. the release of Magdalo and 2006 coup failed attempt officials and;
4. the transformation of the military from a repository of retired and incompetent generals to troops headed by junior and disciplined officials.
