The THPS PC community is basicly dead, because you (Neversoft) shut down your master servers (thug2online.com, etc.). Now the game won't connect to the master server to retrieve the MOTD (Message Of The Day) and because of that, people can't play online anymore, except the few that use a modificated game executable wich disables the MOTD or retrieves it from somwhere else. Now from the 50-60 servers, wich were constantly hosting, there are only like 5-10 servers left, wich indicates a dieing community. Now for the last days, GameSpy has a problem on their THUG2 lobby, so people can't play online anymore, even if they have a modificated exe. The only way to play now is to use the THUG1 lobby. Again, many people quit. The only games from the TH series, wich work without a modified executable are THPS3 and THAW. But most people in the community don't like THAW because of its overloaded levels, the "gay walk", and the physics.
So we (TH enthusiasts) ask you (Neversoft) to port your new TH games to the PC and remove things like Nail-The-Trick and Focus in the next games because they ruin your games. Or atleast put your old master servers back up.
