trying to get my son transferred closer to home

I am trying to get my son transferred closer to home, He is in spruce pine nc at mountain view correction and i have a very long drive to go see him .. and other family members are not able to travel long distances to see him .. i myself have a bad back and knee and i have a hard time traving for long periods of times...
