To Whom This May Concern: I have been playing Ultima since October of 1997. I am 27 years old and I am working in Technical Support. I am simply dumfounded and amazed that O.S.I has decided to disban the Counselor program!! I have seen many things happen in Ultima and I have quitely sat by and watched ,because for the most part this in no way shape or form interfered with my time in the game. However even I can see how the cancellation of Counselors can have a drastic impact on the community. I strongly urge the support team behind Ultima Online to reconsider this decision. To show you that I firmly disagree with this decision I have gone to and started a petition against O.S.I on this decision. As an industry that is in the business of providing customer service you simply can't continue with this attitude of "Who cares what are customers say". As this email is going out to all of the people I know playing Ultima I suggest each of you visit this petition and please add your name to this. cancelling the program puts more pressure on the gms.. so they have less time for more important issues.. the cousellors help with the every day questions like a faq :P.
