The general layout for this shard would be the following:
*Trammel and Felucca
*Resources and loot halved in trammel
*No house placement in trammel
*No banks in trammel
*Moonstones required to travel back and forth between trammel and felucca, moonstones won't be easily obtained
*Renaissance weapons and melee damage system
*Slight decrease in spell damage, major decrease in stamina damage from spells
*Moderately hard skillgain for crafting and taming skills, easy skillgain for all other skills
*Item insurance, there will be nothing blessed, not even faction weapons
*Factions - 12 hours to corrupt - non capturable for 24 hours after
*Reds allowed in town and in trammel
*Can only have 2 accounts
*There will be one champ spawn
*One house per account
*No dueling system
*No powerscrolls or statscrolls
*Custom and Regular housing
*Tamers get 5 taming slots
*No stat enhancing items
*No statloss
*GM resist is more effective against all spells
*Players are only allowed one bonded pet
*Reactive armour and magic resist weakened
*You will be unable to cast another spell until the first spell has done it's damage
*In felucca you will be able to walk through people as if in trammel
