The residents of Rolling Hills North Park have been subject to substandard drinking water for years. Residents of this neighborhood are not able to drink the water because of strong chlorine. You have resided over our situation for years and have failed to act accordingly to provide our community with safe drinking water. Meanwhile, we have taxation without representation as you continually charge monthly repair fees while repairing nothing.
We requested your presence to update our community on progress which you made the decision not to attend. We request help and file complaints daily with City Hall that fall on deaf ears. We have filed formal complaints with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. You unwisely spent the last $350,000 with no results; we will not sit idle and watch you throw away another $1,000,000 while we suffer.
