UNITED STATES Truckers DEMAND Lower Fuel Costs

We are writing to express our deep concern over the extreme increase in Our Nation's DIESEL FUEL Prices and eliminating ANY profit to what you know as a SMALL BUSINESSES. We know each other as Owner Operators!

We the undersigned feel that the government should step in and take action "NOW" and lower the taxes and FUEL prices that we are facing.

As the NATIONS TRANSPORTATION COMPANIES get a review of Freight RATES to "COVER" our LOSS. We expect and DEMAND a fair price in our FUEL!

We believe that your agencies, which have responsibility under federal law to enforce the laws against monopolies and unfair competition, should immediately commence an investigation into current oil industry market structure, market concentration, and business practices, to determine whether any unfair or anti-competitive activity is taking place, or whether the recent trends towards increased market concentration should be reversed by government antitrust action.

We "DEMAND" you to take action now and bring relief to our Industry who are paying the price at the Fuel desk. Remembering that it is us The UNITED STATES TRUCKERS" and Freight Carrier who employee you and that have FULL control over this Nation's freight resources.

WE ARE THE BLOOD LINE TO OUR NATION!
WE ARE THE PEOPLE THAT ALLOW YOU TO HAVE WHAT YOU HAVE!
WE ARE THE PEOPLE THAT WORK DAY AND NIGHT TO FEED OUR FAMILIES!
WE ARE THE PEOPLE THAT ARE THE LAST OF OUR KIND!

AND WE ARE THE PEOPLE THAT DEMAND YOU TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ISSUE!

Our LAST and FINAL resort will be to call a TOTAL SHUTDOWN on our NATIONS HIGHWAYS. This means we will be forced to SHUT OUR trucks DOWN until FUEL has come down to a standardized level.
