This petition is for the EU members of Vanguard: Saga of Hero's (Vanguard SoH)
We ask that Sigil Online Games (Sigil) & Sony online Entertainment (SoE)
provide the EU members of Vanguard SoH with the same level of service
they provide their US customers (Nightly restarts of
the Gaming Servers).
It is unfair that US customers do not have their games interrupted
by scheduled server downtime, yet the EU customers paying the
same subscription fees have their servers go off line at peak
playing times (12pm - 2pm GMT) Where US customers have their
servers go off line at 4AM PST.
We ask that Sigil & SoE restart the EU servers at Off Peak playing times
such as 4AM GMT so that we may continue to enjoy the world of Vanguard: SoH.
