Waterside Center Band Practices

Background:
The Newbury Waterside Center used to house band practices every Wednesday for the local bands for 1 an hour per band member. Recently, Charles resigned and nobody replaced him so the Waterside stopped hosting band practices. I can't remember exactly when they stopped but it has been a good few months since it last offered band practices.

Aim of the petition:
I am hoping that if enough people sign this petition, the big heads at the waterside will decide to replace Charles and finally get band practices going again as Newbury is host to a very large number of bands, many of which are poor and can't actually afford to practice anywhere else!
I will bring this petition to the attention of the council and big heads over at waterside to see if it will convince them to bring back band practices.
