We want Fraiser back!

Fraiser AKA linkteen was banned for promoting piracy. But what the Mods didnt know is he wasnt promoting piracy at all. On the AOE forum there WAS a link to get the game for free because it is really old. So he remembered about the trial version of the game that was on the offical site. But when he tried to type in the address for age of empires it always went to the new age of empires site. (type in www.ageofempires.com and it will go right to age of empires 3) When he couldnt find it he asked for a link to where it was because he thought it was looking at the wrong place. As you can see here where it actually here http://www.microsoft.com/games/empires/. How can you promote piracy for something that is free on the offical website?
