Withdraw the Charges against the Directors of Falun Dafa Research Centre Berhad

Nine directors of Falun Dafa Research Centre Berhad (FDRCB) were charged by the Company Commission of Malaysia (SSM) on 31/5/2005, for alleged violations of Companies Act, 1965. The 6 charges including highly-technical omissions such as the failure to print the name and company number on official receipt, failure to keep a Register of Members with personal details, failure to summit annual returns and audited financial statements.
Before this, the Research Centre has already paid its compounds for 7 highly technical oversights in the administration of the company under the Companies Act. The sum paid is RM 2,050. However, SSM still wishes to pursue all of the Centre's directors of knowingly and intentionally violating the Companies Act.
SSM has offered to compound the offences of the directors totaling RM43,650.00. The charges were unprecedented and unreasonable because the offenses were minor and technical in nature. Furthermore, FDRCB had already paid the compound totaling RM 2,050 for all the same charges.
Hence, I would like to appeal to Companies Commission of Malaysia (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia) to withdraw all charges against the directors of FDRCB.
