I, Brett Martin, in the city of Duncan Oklahoma hereby assign this petition to those who believe new establishments should be financed and supported in order to advocate youth awareness in society and to help create an entertainment value that's safe and protected.
I also instate that more convenient means of transportation to and from these establishments be arranged by the city commission to allow youth to go to these establishments to have entertainment in a safe and "up-to-date" environment.
