Youtube must remove all comments that are of hateful context

This petition is stating the disgust in many Youtube members, on how they are treating religion, especially Islam, homosexuality and in general leaving hateful comments.
By signing this petition you agree that any Youtube member who leaves a hateful comment on any video, especially those of religious and spiritual belief context, must be removed from Youtube and forbidden from using Youtube again.
People must be able to remove Youtube members who leave racist, homophobic, sexist, Islamophobic (especially), hateful messages.
Youtube are free to chose a way to allow members to request a removal of an account, a recommended way would be that when someone tags a comment as 'spam' or if a comment receives more than 5 negative 'thumbs' then Youtube would view the account and decide on removal if serious enough.
