Mr. Javad Riazi Ahmad Saraei has escaped from Iran and has requested United Nation office for refugee status.
In 1986 he passed university entrance exam and he was accepted in faculty of Yasuj Shiraz University in Mechanical engineering. He didnt fill out the form for participation in war between Iran and Iraq. He also wrote a letter to Khomeini in this connection. He was facing with the pursuer of Islamic security of university. At the end they expelled me from university.
In 1988 he was accepted electrical in Tawaneer university of Tehran.
Just as he dose not believed in Islam. The Islamic security didnt allow him to continue his education therefore He had no chance to study in university or work in government jobs.
In 1992, based on the advertisement in government newspaper from an institute under the name of A.I.C (Abby International College), He flew to Prag to continue his education but After 41 days stay in Czech; Iranian embassy didnt give him NOC for admission. So with that pressure he was back to Iran on 19/10/1992. He took his case under file No: 2386/237 to the court against Heshmat khaveh the manager of A.I.C Institute.
They arrested and threaded him in the street and force him to stop complaining.
28/11/1999: The judge, Mr. Khradmend with the force of some powerful people in the government made a finish to his case without any result.
He went to his relative's house in Islamshahr near Tehran. When he has been hidden, the police have made two attacks to house of his sister.
After 25 days hiding in his relatives house, he decided to leave Iran. He escaped to Pakistan.
He has registered in United Nation in Pakistan in 29/12/1999 and he had interview with them after few days but they rejected him after three months without any reason. They force him to leave Pakistan.
He went to Afghanistan via Turkhum in December of 2004.
He requested from Independent Human Right of Afghanistan to help him but there was no help in Afghanistan.
He escaped to India on 9 February 2007 and applied for refugee status in United Nation in Delhi and UN issued asylum certificate on 27 February. He had interview with UN but he has been rejected on 3 October 2007. After the appealing they arranged an interview with him but unfortunately UN gave him final rejection on 8 July 2009.

بار دیگر در سال 1988 در رشتۀ مهندسی برق دانشگاه تهران قبول شد که بعلت عدم اعتقاد به دین اسلام از تحصیل و داشتن شغل دولتی محروم گشت.
در سال 1992 بر اساس آگهی کالج آ.آی.سی که در یکی از روزنامه ها منتشر شده بود برای ادامۀ تحصیل به پراگ رفت. اما سفارت ایران در پراگ از تایید پذیرش وی خودداری کرد و بعد از 41 روز او را مجبور کردند که به ایران برگردد.
در مراجعت به ایران او از رئیس کالج آقای حشمت کاوه شکایتس تنظیم کرد که موجب دستگیری خود وی شد. در زمان دستگیری او را مجبور کردند که از شکایت خود صرف نظر کند و در هنگام دادگاه رئیس دادگاه نیز با اعمال نفوذ بدون صدور رای پزونده را بست. در دادگاه رفتار با وی چنان بود که از بیم دستگیری مجدد و بعد از خروج از دادگاه به خانۀ یکی از دوستان خود در اسلام شهر رفته و در آنجا مخفی شد. در این بین مامورین حکومتی به خانۀ خواهر جهت دستگیری وی هجوم می برند. بنابراین جواد بعد از 25 روز تصمیم به خروج از ایزان می گیرد.
او به پاکستان می گریزد و در تاریخ 29 دسامبر 1999
خود را به کمیساریای عالی پناهندگی در پاکستان معرفی می کند. که بعد از سه ماه حکم رد درخواستش به وی ابلاغ می شود. او تحت فشار قرار می گیرد تا پاکستان را ترک کند.
بنابراین او در دسامبر 2004 به افغانستان می رود و از مستقلین حقوق بشر در افغانستان درخواست کمک می کند. اما کمکی به وی نشد و او نیز بناچار به هندوستان فرار می کند و در تاریخ 9 فوریه از کمیساریای عالی پناهندگان تقاضای پناهندگی می کند. اما دذ 3 اکتبر تقاضای وی رد می شود و بعد از درخواست فرجام رای نهایی در 8 جولای 2009 مبنی بر رد تقاضای وی به او ابلاغ می شود.

جواد در معرض بازگرداندن می باشد که در این صورت خطری زندگی او را تهدید می کند.
برای دوباره بازکردن پروندۀ وی احتیاج به حداقل 2 هزار امضا می باشد.
