We, freedom loving Filipinos, hereby present this petition to call on all Filipinos, in the Philippines and all over the world, to commit to concrete courses of action to prevent President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo to make a mockery of our democratic principles.

We are aware:
1. that elections in 2010 will push through despite the desperate efforts of the Arroyos to perpetuate themselves in power;
2. that Gloria Macapagal Arroyo filed her Certificate of Candidacy as representative of the 2nd district of Pampanga, not only to perpetuate her hold on power and avoid criminal prosecution for all her crimes during her tenure as President, but also to be installed as the Speaker of the House of Representatives and change the Constitution of the Republic to protect and pursue her insatiable need for power and selfish ambitions;
3. that she will surely win as Representative considering the government resources she has poured in to the district and the lack of a viable opponent, and;
4. that Filipinos outside of her district cannot really do anything, poll-wise, to prevent her from winning and sitting as a congresswoman.

We however believe:
1. that the Filipino people can frustrate Gloria Macapagal Arroyos evil schemes by eliminating her cohorts, paid hacks and like-minded politicians from sitting as congressmen, senators, vice-president and president;
2. that if Gloria Macapagal Arroyo doesnt have the numbers in Congress, her future fellow legislators and executives will give in to the pressure to be exerted by the people during their incumbency, and;
3. that if Gloria Macapagal Arroyo doesnt have the support of politicians, her ambitions and schemes will not come into fruition, and the people can subsequently make her answer for all her crimes to the country.

We now present this petition with the following courses of action:
1. We will not vote for or support the candidacy of all candidates in 2010 who are known Gloria cohorts, from the lowly councilors up to the President. This will include all candidates who will be running under the Lakas-Kampi-CMD alliance of thieves and Glorias cohorts. This will reduce the number of Gloria allies in government and will deny her protection even if she becomes an incumbent representative of Pampanga.
2. We will campaign against Glorias candidates, partymates and known allies.
3. We will intelligently choose from other candidates so that the likes of Gloria Macapagal Arroyo will not and will never get elected again.
4. We will commit to a campaign for honest elections and a campaign to make Gloria Macapagal Arroyo pay for her crimes, whether we are in the Philippines or abroad.
5. We will guard the ballot. We will guard our votes.
6. We will continue to pray for our country and our people who deserve a better government than what Gloria has given us and will continue to give us if we dont act now.
