We the residents and business owners of Washington Blvd., between Sepulveda Blvd. and Elenda Ave., have experienced numerous problems with transients, street people, and other undesirables in this area. We have seen or experienced verbal and physical abuse, as well as damage to property. We request the City of Culver City look into this matter, and we request the Culver City Police Department increase its police presence in this area to discourage the anti-social behavior we have witnessed or experienced.
