Abitur nach 13 Jahren in NRW

Der Landtag NRW möge beschließen das Abitur nach 13 Jahren wieder einzuführen oder es den Schülern zu erlauben das Jahr 13 zu planen oder zu vermeiden; dazu könnte man beispielsweise das Oberstufenkurssystem nach amerikanischem Vorbild ohne Festlegung der Kurse auf eine Jahrgangsstufe einführen.
