Adjustment of food services in Foster City/San Mateo

This is a petition for the City of Foster City, to poll how people do at lunch? Meaning is 30 minutes enough time, for the worker to eat lunch. There are cases where the office buildings do not have the facilities for employees to bring lunch, or other break foods.
This is to alert the food service providers, within the city. To make the city more livable, hopefully it will spread to other San Mateo County cities.
Its common in some companies for employees to forget the time clock, or the food services are dull being there 5 days a week for so many years; including being unhealthy.
As evidence I submit the recent news:
Walmart, having 30 minutes and disputes on unpaid untaken lunch breaks. Which might lead to health concerns.
