Estamos profundamente horrorizados e indignados ante el video del asesinato de un perro callejero por un miembro del serenazgo de su distrito. En el video se puede observar como un perro es ahorcado cruelmente por un sereno de San Borja. Se puede advertir la risa del asesino al retirar la silla para perpetrar el ahorcamiento mientras el pobre perro chilla desesperadamente hasta morir.



















Ya habнamos tenido anteriores denuncias de la desapariciуn de perros por el personal de su distrito. Cabe recordar que se estб infringiendo la ley 27265 que protege los derechos de los animales y por los que se procederб a denunciar al бrea de Sanidad de su municipio.









Exigimos la separaciуn inmediata de este sujeto repugnante y una exhuastiva investigaciуn que busque y despida a todo aquel involucrado con estas prбcticas salvajes. Exigimos, ademбs el nombre del asesino, ya que si no se trata de un menor de edad, el pъblico TIENE la obligaciуn y el derecho de conocer la verdad.









Es la primera vez en Lima, Perъ que existe una prueba irrefutable de lesa crueldad por parte de una municipalidad hacia un perro callejero. Tenga por seguro que lucharemos hasta conseguir justicia y difundiremos esta noticia a todos nuestros contactos nacionales e internacionales. Este asesinato no quedarб impune.

We are deeply shocked and outraged at the video of the murder of a street dog serenazgo by a member of his district. In the video can be seen as a dog is cruelly hanged by a serene San Borja. You can even see the laughing of the murderer when he withdraws the chair to perpetrate hanging while the desperately poor dog whines to death.
