America's Army Mac/Linux Port Delay Reasoning

We are the Mac, Linux and concerned Windows players of America's Army. We are sick and tired of the horrible, and unacceptable treatment you have given us regarding the port of Version 2.2.1. We have waited months for a port, but there has been no official word on the delay or the reasoning of the delay at all. We were forced to research the reasoning indirectly by reading information regarding the status of the America's Army port on the Mac/Linux Dev's website. He recently stated he could release the port had it not have been for a single reason: you, the Army, have not paid to renew the Mac Gamespy SDK licence.
We, the undersigned, would like to hear an official statement on the status of the port and the reasoning why you have not paid to renew the SDK licence. We also request an apology on the unnacceptable silence you have given us regarding the matter. Please be reassured that we are all law-abiding, tax-paying citizens (with the exeption of European players) that wish no harm on you, or this great nation.
