Americans against the Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act. A.K.A. The Mathew Sheppard Act.
We the American People hereby petition against the LLEHCPA; because it would infringe upon and violate American Citizen's right to free speech and religion. The rights to free speech and religion is inherent to all Americans through our Constitution and Bill of Rights. This bill not only infringes upon free speech, but freedom to religion as well. This bill stands for the Government's ability to control and regulate intimate parts of the American Citizen's lives and therefore is not American.
It should be noted to all fellow Americans who consider petitioning against this bill, that this bill along with HR2647, HR645,The Obama health care plan, The Gun Registration Act and the Cap and Trade Act are all bills that focus on taking your rights, freedoms and choices away; by giving them to the Federal Government to do with as they please. Members of the current administration led by Barrack Hussein Obama have placed this legislation in the Defense Bill. They have placed it along with the Defense Bill in a sneaky attempt to let this be passed over by the American people and be passed automatically by Congress. This will be passed automatically unless we let our representatives know we won't allow this.
There are members of Congress right now battling for our freedoms, and this is why it is so important to take a stand. Once we give these freedoms away we will never get them back.
Who does this bill affect?
Every American Citizen. This bill affects what is preached in Churches, Mosques, universities and all other gathering places; by what is allowed to be said in public. We as an American people, regardless of our religious, political or sexual preferences must take a stand to tell our representatives that this kind of Socialist, Totalitarian legislation will not be tolerated. America revolted against Britain because of freedom and taxation. We can prevent going down that route again if we simply stand up and let our voice be heard. America is now where Nazi Germany was in 1933. Let's not let this current administration take us down the same road that Hitler took Germany.
