The residents (taxpayers) in the 200 block of Arthur Drive, Kennedale, TX, request the city of Kennedale repair or have the school district repair the extensive drainage problem on the parking lot and playground adjacent to Arthur Elementary School.
The water runoff has created huge gulleys alongside the drive causing the water and debris to flow down the exit onto Arthur Drive. This problelm is hazardous as drivers try to avoid the water and veer into the opposite lane. Additionally, after the water has dried, there is dirt and debris stirred up by the wind or passing cars creating respiratory problems for the residents along the street.
