As-Is auction policy change

We declare that eBay policies should be changed to disallow as-is untested auctions for computer components and general electronic devices. People should not be allowed to take advantage of the anonymity offered by eBay's marketplace and hide behind positive feedback for Dead On Arrival items. We declare that the punishment for such actions should rightfully be permanent expulsion from eBay. The undersigned have received defective items from as-is auctions from the user returnsdepot on eBay. He/She should not be allowed to continue to sell on eBay.
