Ban all Stupid People from the U.S.

Mr. President,
I feel that it would be in the country's best interest to deport all stupid people in the United States and in the future prevent all stupid people(this would exclude the mentally challenged) from entering the country. This would be benificial to all smart humans because we would no longer be held down by the extremely stupid. These people are always tripping over things and littering conversations with their insane remarks, like "How come everyone but us has accents?" and "Matthew Perry is the best actor ever!"
Perhaps you are wondering who will be classified as stupid and who will not. The answer is simple really. I will choose. I can make an accurate decision after about 10 seconds of talking to someone. I feel I would do a very good job.
You also may be pondering who will do the jobs that stupid people like to do? Well, we could take over a large part of Canada and send the stupid people there where they will do harsh physical labor for the rest of their lives.
As you can see, my plan is very well thought out and should be taken into serious consideration. I thank you for your time.
