Petition to remove and ban any equipment and more better nutrition that might make a violent crime convicted criminal more physically strong, than average; from California State Prisons. A regular inspection of current and future prisons. Incases where the 1st offense, might be a 2nd offense in the future.
Better efficient hygine, is welcome. Above average street food, and physical therapy is not welcome. Multi-vitamins, nutrition supplements are not welcome. Light beer is welcome, making the person easier to handle.
