This proposal is to pass into city or county ordinance the following:
Children under 18, senior citizens, physically disabled, or pets left in vehicles, can recieve fines from the city.
Yearly on the local news media such occurances of heat problems with children or pets left in vehicles, other problems of pollution from other vehicles...
This ordinance is to prevent regular occurances of neglected persons or pets, in bad weather.
By passing the city ordinance, saving the person(s) or pets. Including cost for rescue emergency services.
